• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required for all return requests

• Exchanges are available within 7 days from receiving the order
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange
• Defective or wrong items: shipping fees are covered by the company
• Personal preference returns/exchanges: delivery fees are covered by the customer
• Refunds are processed after inspection and may take time depending on the payment provider
